Yes, The Casino can host events for the city to enjoy.

The community can also come down to the casino to gamble and make some money off of it.

The Casino can also offer other entertainment like standup comedy and music for people to enjoy.

The Casino will also sell alcoholic beveridges for people to purchase at the bar.

Givin an appropriate MLO for the Casino.

If one is already in place the following is required.

Staff members of the casino would need access to the casino; This would include access to all available doors that can be locked and unlocked by staff members only. Additionally, the CEO, COO and board of directors would require access to the boss menu to allow for firing and hiring of staff members. Furthermore, all staff members would require access to the beverages bar whilst also needing access to an NPC. This will help avoid any possible abuse in correlation to chips/money and provide social interactions at the casino. The provided NPC would need to have the functions allowing for us to buy and sell chips in a backroom; of which only casino staff members have access to. This will allow for casino members running the business to take a percentage of the cash provided by a customer at a set standard rate (0-15%? To be determined based on the economy and whether the casino games would provide money to the business SF. This can also be put in place to combat inflation of economy if/when it occurs), and the staff members would go to the NPC and withdraw the desired chips from the NPC and provide it back to the customer. Additionally, it would be beneficial to have a log for the buying and withdrawing of chips, to help ensure security of the business.

Our business would provide entertainment for the community, whilst also providing and outlet for people who have an excess amount of money to spend at their own desire within the casino. Furthermore, the casino would be open for casual gambling from Monday to Sunday for the public, whenever casino staff are around to open the business and advertise its opening. We would also host events such as, prize cars for the winner of a competition, raffle draws for a set of prizes and even rewards for jackpot winners. Following, the gambling side of the casino there would also be a beverages bar to sell drinks, allowing for individuals in the community to socialise and learn more about each other and the city.

Yes, I have ran the Diamond Casino & Resort in another city, I also ran a car dealership known as Benefactor Autos & a couple of other small time businesses.

Charles "Lucky" Luciano was a business man born in Liberty City, by the age of 30 he decided to leave his own city and move to Los Santos where he grew a love for gambling, Luciano had a group of friends that would rent out a hotel room and play poker till early hours of the morning, Luciano became wealthy through this idea as it was always him that hosted the gambling night at the hotel, Luciano saw an opportunity to increase his wealth by running a legitimate Casino, Luciano set his eyes on the casino and began negotiating with the Casino for a price they wish to sell the casino as, the casino Board of Directors were very stubborn and refused to sell the casino, Luciano didn't give up there, he kept pressuring them, soon enough The Board of Directors agreed to sell the casino to Luciano for 21M, Luciano agreed to that price and paid them out, Luciano was then the new proud owner of Diamond Casino & Resort, he hired Riccardo Bronte & John Gotti as his Board of Directors along with him & then hired Mia Bettini as the CEO for the Casino.

Explain how your business would be run with day-to-day operations (200+ Words)

For the day-to-day operations of the casino, staff members who are available to run the business and open the doors for the public access would list advertisement on social media platforms for the opening of the casino, such as twitter and yellow pages. Following advertisement for the casino, we would also indicate to the customers whether a raffle, competition or special prize is available through either the advertisements or social interactions when the public is at the casino. Whilst the casino doors are open, the staff members on the floor would assist any customers who are asking for conversion of their chips, beverages or any questions regarding events we will be hosting. Upon the closing time of the casino, following the last staff member needing to leave; an announcement will be made over social platforms of twitter or yellow pages and all people currently in the casino will be informed of needing to leave the premises for closing within 10 to 15 minutes.

Additionally regarding the events that will be hosted, such as gambling competitions. We will have a small entry fee and a required set amount of chips for each customer who is participating to use e.g. 25k chips. Using these chips, the customers will attempt to have the most amount of chips at the end of the event and the people with the most chips would be provided the prize. Casino staff members will keep oversight on this competition and ensure fairness between all competitors.

Similarly, for raffle events the staff members on floor will take the names of individuals and add the cash to the SF. Once all raffle tickets are brought, the casino will publicly display any raffle drawings to the public to ensure fairness towards its customers.

Rank Description:

BOD: The Board of Directors are the overseers of all the casino, they have ultimate control over the entire casino & can overwrite the CEO's decision when need be.

CEO: The Chief Executive Officer is the current owner of the Casino & Resort, through hard efforts and business knowledge, they has turned The Diamond Casino & Resort into what it is today.

COO: The Chief Operations Officer works closely with the CEO to ensure that the Casino is making money and that everything is working out how it should be, the COO will also have the ability to hire and fire people if need be.

Floor Manager: The Managers main role is to keep an eye on all staff and make sure they are not stealing from the casino, if the manager suspects them to be stealing, security will be called and so will the police.

Floor Supervisor: The Supervisor maintains his/her presence on the main floor & keeps an eye on all the games within the casino to make sure everything is functional. If any issues arise, the Supervisor must report directly to The Floor Manager and the floor manager will deal with the situation

Head Security: The Head Of Security is pretty much like the title, the head security guard controls the other guards and makes sure the casino & its assets are protected, the head security guard may also hire additional security outside of the casino from other security companies if they are running low on security staff.

Cashiers: The Cashiers main job is to stand behind the counter and give out the poker chips once the customer has paid for them, if the Cashier is feeling intimidated or threatened in anyway, security will be contacted to be close by & if the situation arises the customers will be asked to leave.

Security: Much like the head security guard, these guards are posted all around the casino, inside, outside & anywhere in between, some guards may also be posted behind closed doors to ensure the safety of the assets inside [example: The Vault], these guards will be equip with a non lethal weapon & a lethal if things were to arise.

Bartender: The Bartender stands behind the rounded bar on the main floor near the clothing store, they serve cold beverages and food to the public.
